MO JCI SENATE

My theme this year is “Be the One”. Missouri is so lucky to have so many dedicated Senators who are willing to help and offer support. This year I am challenging everyone to get outside your comfort zone and do something for someone else. It could be as simple as volunteering to help at a Missouri Jaycee project that you have never done before or offering to talk to a chapter about your past experiences. Every Senator has a unique perspective about their time in the Jaycees so share it. Our biggest challenge going forward will be to get new members and retain the ones we have. It’s heartbreaking but it’s inevitable that we will lose some Senators every year. Maybe to celebrate those memories of our Senators you can Be the One to help fill that void in membership. I would appreciate all the help you can give to ensure our organization is growing.

I am so fortunate to the Missouri JCI Senate President this year and I am looking forward to meeting new people and experiencing new things. With two of our own at the national level I would like to encourage you all to look at the calendar and see if maybe you can get out to support them. I can promise you that Senators know how to have a good time.
